Grab the app from this page and open the disk image.

Open anyway
macOS may block the first launch. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to the message about Slap Mac.

Allow access
Open Slap Mac once and grant motion sensor access in System Settings when prompted.
